Aircooled VW CNC Cylinder Honing

Aircooled VW CNC Diamond Cylinder Honing with surface finish report. 

This is the same process we use on all of our in-house VW or V8 builds. 

We use a state-of-the-art Sunnen SV-30 CNC Diamond Honing
machine with the latest surface finish measuring equipment available,
ensuring all cylinders are fully inspected and diamond honed with
precision.

Purchase new cylinders and pistons from us to hone, or send in your new cylinders and pistons and we will hone and return them to you.

**If sending in cylinders - you must send your pistons too so they can be measured in our precise measuring center**
