PARTS: ACE Performance Engines LLC, (DBA – ACE Racing Engines) holds no warranty for defective parts, all parts and merchandise are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty (if any).

ENGINES: We pride ourselves with our meticulous attention to detail and stand by our workmanship, but due to the environments and nature of which Performance and Racing engines are used in, we regret that we can offer no warranty.

Attention California residents: Proposition 65 WARNING- Some of the products sold through this website contains/may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Please check your local laws, US and International, before ordering an engine or parts from ACE Performance Engines LLC.
