Returns Policy

US PARTS ONLY ORDERS: Unwanted, damaged, missing or incorrect items upon arrival, must be claimed by the recipient in an e-mail within 2 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused and in their original condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You must contact us within 2 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us without contacting us will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

INTERNATIONAL PARTS ONLY ORDERS: We regret that we cannot refund or accept liability for damaged, missing, incorrect or unwanted parts that have been shipped outside of the USA.

ENGINE ORDERS: All our engines are custom built to our clients specifications therefore are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Attention California residents: Proposition 65 WARNING- Some of the products sold through this website contains/may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Please check your local laws, US and International, before ordering an engine or parts from ACE Performance Engines LLC.

The US Federal Government and certain other states have various laws that may prohibit the removal and/or modification of any part of the emission system on any street driven vehicles.
