The RCD LS 7.0″ aluminum pump extension is made to fit a RCD LS gear drive cover only. There is a cam position pickup mount machined into cam cover piece.
The RCD LS 7″aluminum pump extension kit comes with a pump extension, bearing, snap ring, thrust bushing, ‘O”-ring and the bolts and washers necessary to fasten the pump extension to the front cover.
We use the RCD LS 7″ two-piece pump extension on our 2500hp & 3000+hp builds, along with the RCD gear drive for standard cam.
