When Greg Jones, editor of Engine Builder magazine, asked us to write a small piece about air-cooled engines, we were honored.
We wanted to discuss the past, present and future of the air-cooled engine; the inner workings, the great aftermarket products now available, and the evolution of the aircooled turbo motor with EFI.
